WordPress support

Keep what works. Fix what doesn’t.

A slow page, a confusing menu, or a contact form that goes nowhere can undermine an otherwise good website. Let’s work out what needs attention.

Improve what you have

Make the next improvement a useful one.

Not every website problem needs a redesign. A confusing service page, a hard-to-use form, or an oversized image can get in the way even when the underlying website is sound.

Send me the page and describe what is happening. I review the issue, explain the likely approach, and agree on the work before making changes. Larger requests can be broken into priorities so you can deal with the most useful fixes first.

  • Content and layout updates that make your services clearer.
  • WordPress troubleshooting and agreed plugin or theme work.
  • Mobile usability, image performance, and contact-form checks.

Know the scope before the work starts.

Send me the website address and describe what is happening. For a specific issue, include the page and the steps that lead to it. Please do not send passwords through the contact form.

I review the problem, confirm the access needed, and outline the work. If a third-party service or licensed plugin is involved, I explain that dependency before proceeding.

Ongoing support can be discussed after the initial fixes. Support hours, response expectations, and included work are agreed in writing.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

  • Do you support a site built by someone else?

Often, yes. I first review the theme, plugins, hosting, and access so I can give a realistic recommendation.

  • Can you fix a broken form?

I can investigate the form, submission storage, and notification delivery. Email delivery may also need hosting or mail-service changes.

  • Do you offer emergency or 24/7 support?

This site does not offer a 24/7 response guarantee. Contact me with the issue and I will confirm availability and the next step.

  • Can this become ongoing support?

Yes. Once I understand the website, we can agree on a recurring scope that matches what you need.
