Privacy
Your information. Handled with care.
This page explains how information submitted through this website is used.
Information you choose to share
When you submit a Scorecard request or contact message, the site collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, website, service area, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or private customer records.
These details are used to review your request, reply to you, and discuss the services you asked about. The form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Storage, service providers, and spam prevention
Messages are stored in the website’s WordPress database so a request can be reviewed if an email notification fails. A notification may also be sent by email. Hosting and email providers process information as part of operating those services.
The form uses a temporary, hashed version of your network address to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw address with your request. Request records are kept while they are needed for the inquiry or a resulting business relationship. You can ask about access or deletion using the contact details below.
Cookies, preferences, and external links
The site can remember your light or dark appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. WordPress uses cookies for authorized sign-in and administrative functions.
Booking links open Calendly, and links to social networks and client websites take you to those services. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. The contact form itself does not embed a third-party booking or advertising service.
Questions or requests
Contact Chris at iamchrishurst@gmail.com with a privacy question, a correction, or an access or deletion request. Include enough information to identify the request without sending sensitive documents through this form.
