Chris Hurst · Wharton, New Jersey

Good websites need someone who sees the whole picture.

Design, development, and search should work together. I bring them together so your website makes sense to the people who matter: your customers.

A little about me

English roots. New Jersey home.

I am Chris Hurst, a WordPress developer, UX/UI designer, and local SEO consultant based in Wharton. I have been working with businesses since 2007.

My work combines the visual side of a website with the practical details underneath: clear navigation, editable content, accessible interfaces, and a structure that supports search.

You speak directly with the person making the changes. That keeps the conversation simple and the responsibility clear.

How I work

A direct line from idea to implementation.

I work across design, WordPress development, and local search. That means I can look at a website as a complete customer experience: what brings someone to the page, what helps them trust the business, and what makes the next step clear.

Based in Wharton, I serve businesses across Morris, Sussex, Warren, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties. I also work remotely with clients elsewhere in the US.

My process starts with your business and your existing website. We define the problem, agree on the scope, and keep decisions clear as the work moves forward.

Local enough to understand. Flexible enough to work remotely.

Northern New Jersey is my local focus, including Morris, Sussex, Warren, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties. I also work remotely with businesses elsewhere in the US.

I work best with business owners who want a thoughtful, maintainable website and useful improvements they can understand. If that sounds like you, start with your current website and the problem you want to solve.
